If you’re one of 50 million Americans who suffer from arthritis you probably think you can’t exercise because of your condition. Actually, mild exercise, like tai chi, keeps joints moving. Tai chi is a gentle exercise that’s ideal for many arthritis sufferers.
Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention classes will begin Tuesday, April 3 at the North 65 Center. Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00-11:00 am. There is no charge for the class. The session will run from April 3 through June 28.
